Natural farming workshops/courses with Deerghaayush
Natural farming workshops are the platforms where people understand the significance of natural farming through sensing various materials used,hands-on experiments on indigenous techniques, observe experimentation and completed projects.More than this, participants can connect with other like-minded people through Deerghaayush and learn from their own life experiences about why they have chosen for natural farming. Work shops are open for every one reguardless of the profession they belong to. Any one interested can attend the course and learn about simple methods. We encourage families and kids being a part of this course as it integrates everyone in nature and show a path to how natural farming causing less harm to the environment.
We have a work shop for precise objectives with variations in the schedule so as to suite the demands of different groups and for the clear-cut understanding of the fundamentals of the specific subject.
Aims and objectives of workshop:
- Conversion of land conventional management system to organic management system.
- Improve crop production with use of alternative source of nutrients for example organic manures,residues management,crop rotation and bio logical inputs.
- Management of pests and weeds by better management practices.
- Maintenance of live stock with organic concept and make them an integral part of the entire organic farming system.
- Increasing the employment chance for rural youth at the village level in the organic market.
- To create a work force that will help guide/learn the techniques for doubling farmers income at the village level.
